The love and interest in the hospitality and service profession has been inherited by the founders of the Eskan Hotels Group brand. The grandfather was the owner of one of the first inns in Qazvin, known as the "Central Inn" on Molavi Street, one of the central and historical areas of Qazvin.

His father was the founder of the Assyrian Inn on Qazvin Street in Tehran, the Shaghayegh Inn and Chelokbabi in Imam Khomeini Square in Tehran, and for about 12 years he was the Vice President of the Tehran Hospitality Association.

Children after years of experience in the field of tourism and hotel industry and hotel management such as; Alborz in Qazvin, Iranshahr and Omid in Tehran, decided to establish a company to build good memories hotels for residential, sports and tourist use.

The company builds good memories hotels with residential, sports and tourist use as a private joint stock company and by Farrokh Mehr brothers, headed by Mohammad Ali Farrokh Mehr, who has served two terms as secretary and vice chairman of the union board and more than three terms. The title of the president of the Association of Hotels and Apartment Hotels of Tehran Province has been established.

After launching the company in 1999, Shar entertainment and sports complex, which includes billiard club (snooker and itball), French coffee shop and restaurant with very beautiful and eye-catching architecture and environment, located on Alvand Street, was opened and put into operation. The company also received the exclusive right to import British Riley tables. This series was very well received by the people, billiards lovers and a group of prominent actors and athletes in the country.

Then in 2007, the company purchased and renovated the Forsat Hotel located on Shahid Mousavi Street in accordance with world standards and attractive architecture, so that officially the hotel activities and the brand of the Eskan Hotels Group are the foundation of the company's main activities. Finally, the three-star Eskan hotel Forsat was opened.

After ten years, the company demolished the Shar sports and entertainment complex and turned it into a Eskan four-star hotel in Alvand. Finally, after many efforts and challenges, the Eskan Alvand Hotel project was completed and officially opened in September 2014.

Now, the brand of Eskan Hotels Group with a fully integrated system, trained personnel, experienced managers and up-to-date standards has been able to establish constructive interactions with its guests and business partners and draw glorious horizons based on their satisfaction.
